The Main Level
This is where your weekend really settles in. The main level naturally becomes the heart of the house: morning coffee drifting into lingering conversations around the table, snacks pulled from the fridge between hikes, and easy flow between living areas that feel connected without ever feeling crowded. You’ll also find a conveniently placed powder room and the honeymoon suite tucked nearby for both privacy and ease.
Where Everyone Gathers
Thoughtfully arranged for both togetherness and comfort, three distinct gathering areas — the living room, a cozy sitting nook, and the breakfast space — each offer their own vibe while still flowing into one another. Whether the group is all together or naturally breaking off into little corners of quiet, this space flexes to match the moment.
The Kitchen at the Center of It All
Inclusions:
kitchen basics
cooking and prep essentialls
double ovens
full size range
two commercial size refridgerators
prep sink
coffee station with standard pot and Keurig
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for whatever the weekend calls for — from casual breakfasts and late-night snacks to chef-prepared dinners and meals carried out to the patio grill. If you’d rather skip the errands, you can even arrange to have groceries delivered and stocked before you arrive, so you walk in and start relaxing instead of unloading bags.
Honeymoon Suite
Your suite feels like a quiet escape within the home — a separate entrance onto the patio, a secluded lawn perfect for candlelit moments, and every detail curated for comfort. The spacious bathroom with its copper tub and generous closet make it feel like a private hideaway while still being part of the larger home experience.
The Loft
The loft sits just upstairs from the main level and is intentionally designed for group stays. This open, communal space includes two semi-private sleeping areas — each with full-size beds — along with a queen bed and two twin beds, all sharing a full bathroom. It’s an ideal layout for groups who want to stay close and connected while still having defined areas to settle in for the night.
Ground Level Bedrooms
The ground level of the house boasts four bedrooms each with their own bath, full size closet and heated floors throughout. There is a private living area to ensure guests can continue their conversations without interupting the guests upstairs, a half bath and bar area / hang out zone.
