Retreats can be enjoyed by 40 guests maximum and the house itself sleeps 18 guests comfortably. The Layout is as follows:
Main Level - The main level of the house has an expansive living space with multiple seating areas, dining table that seats 12, breakfast table seating 5 and kitchen with bar top seating for 5. The largest bedroom is also on this level with it’s own entrance and full bath with copper tub.
Lower Level - 4 bedrooms (3 king size beds and 1 queen). Each room has a full bath and there is a communal living area and game room with a pool table
Loft - 1 queen bed, 2 full size beds, 2 twin beds (all one big room, full size beds have dividing curtains) This is a shared and open space with a single full bath.
